Custom Made 14K Hammered Gold Engagement Ring & Matching Band

I loved making this ring! The client wanted something that looked earthy, artisan-made and simple to show off her beautiful oval diamond.

I made the ring and the wedding band at the same time to insure a snug fit with no gaps between pieces.

A Ring Is Born

Before metal is cast or cut, first the diamonds must be staged. Here, a classic three stone ring gets prepped on a wax mount. The diamonds were later set into a platinum engagment ring.
